Lesson

out now
This course is specially designed for those wanting to learn more about important issues such as poverty, power, democracy and human rights. It also takes up workplace rights, which we believe play a vital role in providing people with a better life. The course covers a variety of subjects but we only write briefly about each one. The aim is to provide you with an introduction that will form a foundation for further studies and enable you to seek the knowledge you require.

Previous knowledge is not required. We start from scratch.

You can also go to our debate forum and discuss the issues taken up in the study circle. Each chapter is followed by a small knowledge test. If you pass the tests we send you a certificate in Globalisation.

Begin by logging on.

Welcome
Alexander Parotidis, Administrator at Global Respect.
How do I read the study circle?

Begin here and now. The first thing to do is register. You then receive logging on details, after which you just click on the lessons to work through them. Print the lesson you want to study in depth. Jot down your notes in the workbook and Save. Reflect. Log onto the debate forum and discuss with others. Conclude each lesson by testing yourself.

If you don't wish to study alone you can always work in a group. The group can communicate over the Internet and/or meet to discuss what's been read. You could be fortunate enough to find somebody from the same town or region (search for student).

You can also search for others working on the same chapter as you on the Website.
